FAQ

Production time inquiries

  • If your order does NOT include handmade products, orders are usually dropped at the Canada Post office within 2 business days or available for pick up within 2 business days (we will contact you once your order is ready for pick up in L'Avenir, Québec).

  • If your order includes handmade products such as harnesses, clothes, etc. allow a minimum of 3 weeks for us to make your order and then send it to you. Production time does NOT include shipping time.

  • Please keep in mind that we are not only involved in Tiny Piggy, but also have full time jobs and school. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

Shipping time

  • The shipping time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Some items does not qualify for regular envelope shipping due to their size. 
  • Not all shipping options come with tracking numbers, make sure you select "expedited shipping" at checkout if you want a tracking number for your order.
  • While we understand that shipping fees may be high, we do not control what Canada Post charges for delivering your package. absorb a portion of the costs and offer free shipping on order of CAD $150 and more. 

Note: We are NOT responsible for Canada Post delays and are unable to provide explanations on the delays your package might have. We strongly suggest you contact Canada Post directly should you have any questions regarding the delivery of your package and visit their website for any communications.

Pick up option

  • We offer a pick up option in L'Avenir, Québec on reservation only. If you have selected the pick up option at checkout, we will contact you when your order is ready for pick up based on our availabilities. Make sure to add your correct contact info at checkout. If you can only come on a certain day or a certain time, we will try our best to accommodate your availabilities.
  • Do NOT show up at the pick up location before you've received confirmation that your order is ready for pick up.

Can you make custom orders?

  • We would be happy to create something specially for your pig. You simply need to fill out the form on our custom order request page.

Where can I find the sizing chart?

  • A size chart is available for each product in the pictures of the product. If you are unsure of the required size for your pet, contact us for assistance. It is your responsibility to properly measure your pig to determine the required size.

Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, AFTER CONTACTING US to confirm the return, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the UNUSED product(s) back to our mailing address that will be provided when you contact us. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Upon receipt of the item, we will contact you to advise you. Store credit only is available for returns. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • NO RETURN on custom orders, sale items and harnesses (as they are made to measure). It is the customer's responsibility to properly measure their pig prior placing an order.
  • Please add your information on a piece of paper along with the item(s) in the envelope or box to help us quickly identify the return belongs to which customer.

Exchanges

  • It is possible to exchange a product when the size is not the good one for pig. AFTER CONTACTING US to confirm the exchange, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the UNUSED product(s) back to our mailing address that will be provided when you contact us. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Upon receipt of the item, we will contact you to advise you.
  • NO EXCHANGE accepted on custom orders, sale items and harnesses (as they are all made to measure). It is the customer's responsibility to properly measure their pig prior placing an order.
